UPS obligations for package delivery include
- Attempting delivery on three consecutive business dats
- Holding the package at will-call for five business days
- Returning the package to the sender
If a package is returned to you without having been held at will-call for five business days, please email customerservice@completedtc.com with the following details:
- UPS tracking number for the original package
- Original name, address, and phone number on the package
- UPS tracking number for the package being reshipped
