Bulk processing allows you to process multiple orders at once and can be used for club orders and futures orders.
Club & futures orders
Bulk processing can be used for club orders and/or futures orders.
- Log in to your CompleteDTC account.
- Click "Orders" in the top navigation bar.
- Go to the "Bulk Processing" tab.
For further explanation on the table, click here. - Using the "Bulk Filters" on the right, select if you would like to process orders for all clubs or a specific club. Select any other necessary filters:
- Line items changed: did the customer customize their order or not
- Confirmation status: has one of your team members confirmed the customer's order or not
- Payment status:
- Zero-balance: order paid in full
- Non zero-balance: order not paid in full, includes orders with or without credit card issues
- Non zero-balance/no cc issue: order not paid in full without credit card issues
- Decline
- Destination: filter by state order is shipped to
- Ship method: taken, pick up, delivered, or other shipping method
- Shipping status: where the order is within the shipping process
- Club shipment notes: has notes, does not have notes
- Compliance status: any, compliant, not tested, compliance issues
- Name: customer name
- Dated: before or after a specific date
- All items in the filtered/unfiltered list will be automatically selected. Deselect all items but clicking the red circle in the third column or uncheck specific items.
- To choose a shipping method of all selected items, click on the dropdown next to "Change selected order from Pickup to" at the bottom of the page.
AND/OR
Use the Bulk Actions box on the right to complete actions on all of the selected orders. Once you have chosen an action, click "Take action"- Check compliance: checks for quantity limits
- Charge & Confirm
- Unconfirm
- Submit to shipper
- Print packing slips
- Print labels
Enable futures
Use futures for products that are have not yet been bottled.
- Log in to your CompleteDTC account.
- Click the settings icon in the top right corner to access the configuration menu.
- Under "Configuration", choose "Settings".
- Within the "Catalog" section, click "Allocations & Futures".
- Toggle on "Allow sale of Futures?" and "Enable bulk processing of open futures?".
