Submit a claim for a damaged or lost order

Please email customerservice@completedtc.com with the following details

  1. Producer name:
  2. Tracking number of the order:
  3. Damaged or lost?
  4. Part of the order or the entire order?
  5. What item(s) were damaged/lost?
  6. Cost of the damaged/lost order?
  7. Attach a PDF of the original order receipt.
