Change delivery date or address (post-shipment) when using Vinoshipper

Once an order has shipped, there is still a possibility that we can change the delivery date and/or address. The availability of each option is dependent on how far the package has made it on its journey with UPS.

We may be able to

  • Change the delivery date
  • Change the delivery address
  • Return the package to the sender


Email customerservice@completedtc.com with the following information

  1. UPS tracking number
  2. Original name, address, and phone number on the package
  3. New address details and/or new delivery date


You will receive a response to let you know whether the change was possible and if so, a confirmation screen for your records.
