Manage order: advanced controls

Administrative users have access to these functions and can choose to give non-administrative users access.

  1. Go to settings and within "System Settings", click "System Users".
  2. Choose the non-admin user who needs permission to advanced controls.
  3. Change their "Access" level to "Limited by permissions".
  4. A new tab will open within the user settings, called "Permissions". Choose the necessary level of access for "Advanced controls".
  5. Click "Save".

Replicate order

Open orders are all order that are unconfirmed, unpaid, or not yet fulfilled.

Delete order

  • Deleting an order is not recommended
  • If you do delete an order, it can be found in the "Deleted Orders Report" using the date range when the order was deleted.
    To find the report
    1. Log in to your CompleteDTC account.
    2. Click on "Tools" and then choose "Reports List".
    3. Click "Administrative Reports".
    4. Choose "Deleted Orders Report".
    5. Select the date range and click "Create report".
  • If you need to undelete an order
    1. Log in to your CompleteDTC account.
    2. Click on "Orders" and then choose the "Find" tab.
    3. Click on the dropdown, choose "Deleted order #", and enter the order number.
    4. Click on the magnifying glass to bring up the order details.
    5. Click the red "Advanced" button and choose "Un-delete order".

Change order UI

Changing the order UI allows you to switch an order between POS, Online store, Back-end, Tasting Room, etc.
Ex: If a customer starts an online order but one of the employees helps them finish the order, you may want to switch to a TR order so the employee can receive commission.

Unconfirm order

Open orders are all order that are unconfirmed, unpaid, or not yet fulfilled.

Change carrier

  • Only available if you have multiple carriers set up on your account.
  • Inventory location must be change
