To update your overall club settings, go to the settings icon in the top right corner. Choose settings and scroll down to System Settings and click on Clubs.

Select your club preferences
Club page title
This title will show in the browser tab of your club pages.
Prefix for Club Wizard orders
Prefix for that will be added to any orders generated by the club shipment wizard.
Club Cart title
Title for cart to which club orders are added
Club Purchase button text
Text that appears on the button used to join the club from within the cart
Password strength required
Strength of password required for club member login
("moderate" or "strong" recommended)
Store to use for online club signups
Select the store to use for club signups that happen online. This will affect inventory and reports.
Club signup order action
When a new club membership is added, the system creates an order to record it. You can opt to automatically confirm all signups, only confirm signups that originated internally (i.e. not online), or always leave signups unconfirmed for review.
Allow multiple memberships
Toggle on (toggle will be blue) to allow people to belong to more than one club at a time.
For multi-club members, recall...
If a member has multiple active memberships, indicate which one should be used for calculating their discount in the store.
Permitted self-management actions
Indicate what the allowable actions are for a club member to use to manage their membership.
Non-US Club members:
Toggle on (toggle will be blue) to allow people outside of the US to be club members.
Notify club manager of changes
The system will send an email (to the address set as the club email from under email addressing) when a member changes their address, email, or credit card information.
Downloadable Shipment Notes
Allow club members to see/download club shipment notes when they are logged in.
Choose "collected" if you want just one list for all clubs, or "per club" if each club has its own PDFs.
Allow club shipments to be picked up
Toggle on (toggle will be blue) if you want people to be able to pick up their club shipments.
Prompt for 'pick up shipment'
What you would like the verbiage to be for the pick up option.
("Pickup" will be used if you leave this blank.)
Allow delivery of club shipments
Toggle on (toggle will be blue) if support delivery club shipments.
Prompt for 'deliver club shipments'
What you would like the verbiage to be for the shipping option.
("Delivery" will be used if you leave this blank.)
Allow Gift Clubs
Toggle on (toggle will be blue) to allow people to gift club memberships via the in-store club signup form.
Enable Reservation Gift Codes
Toggle on (toggle will be blue) to enable Reservation Gift Code system - email customerservice@completedtc.com for more information.
Gift Code valid for...
The amount of time a gifted reservation is valid for (measured from the date it is created).
Auto-replace gifted Gift Codes
Toggle on (toggle will be blue) to have the system automatically generate a new gift certificate for the member if one is used by someone other than the member to make a reservation.
Club Terms and Conditions file
Upload a file containing club Terms and Conditions. Should be HTML; any new lines will be converted to HTML breaks.
Require acceptance of terms at sign-up
Add a checkbox for purchaser to accept terms and conditions when signing up for a club.
