Marketing wizard: list builder

The list builder is available within the Marketing Wizard, for both outbound campaigns or email campaigns. Lists can also be exported to an CSV file.

1. Go to "Tools" and under "Marketing", choose"Marketing Wizard".
2. Click "List builder".
3. Select a base list.
   • Any club: all club members
   • The following club(s): club members of all selected clubs
   • All customers: anyone in your database who has made a purchase
   • All non-customers: anyone in your database who has not made a purchase
   • Everyone: All club members, non-club members, customers, and non-customers
   • Companies: All wholesale customers
   • Referrers: Every person or company on your referrers list
4. Click to step 2: apply filters.
5. Select any filters that you would like to use to pare down the list to exactly what you're wanting.
   For each filter, choose "don't filter", "have", or "have not" and fill in the respective fields.
6. Once you have set filters, click the blue "rebuild mailing list" button. This will show the number of people in the full list, the number after filtering, and the number after tuning the list.
7. You have the opportunity to tune the list down even further. To do so, click step 3: tune list.
   Here you will see the filtered list.
8. To tune the list, click the checkbox to uncheck any people who you do not need on the list. If you want to uncheck everyone, click the red circle next to "Send?"
   NOTE: Hover over the magnifying glass to view the person's lifetime value. View a person's details by clicking on the magnifying glass to open a pop up window with all of their details.
9. To view the location of everyone's address in the list, click on "results map".
10. To download a CSV of all the contacts in this list, click the "Download CSV" button.
