Overview

Manage the shipping boxes used to ship products from CompleteDTC orders by setting up default box sizes or viewing active and/or inactive boxes.

Add new box size

  1. Log in to your CompleteDTC account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, go to "Tools".
  3. Under "Products", select "Manage Boxes".
  4. Click the "+" button next to "Name" in the header row of the table.
  5. Name the box.
We recommend something that is descriptive to whoever will be packing the orders (ex: 12 pack or the name supplied by the vendor, if that's how your boxes are stored)
  6. Add a note.
Use this to further explain the box size. (Ex: if you use the name supplied by vendor for "name", enter 12x750ml here)
  7. If this box type is going to be default for a specific shipment size, use the "Use as default for" dropdown to specify which shipment size. The options are 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 12 bottles)
  8. Add in the length, width, and height in inches.
  9. Enter the weight of the package in pounds (including product).
  10. If you would like to activate this box size, check the box under "active".
  11. Click "Save".

Edit box size or make box size inactive

  1. Log in to your CompleteDTC account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, go to "Tools".
  3. Under "Products", select "Manage Boxes".
  4. Click on the box size you need to edit.
  5. Make any necessary changes, and click "Save".
