Availability status
Available
The item is available across all selected stores.
Sold out
The item will still appear in stores but cannot be purchased.
w/ Coupon
This item is available in the selected stores, but only with specific coupons.
When this option is selected, a field opens below into which you can enter a message describing the requirement; it will be displayed with the item.
Club only
This item is available exclusively to club members. The email address in the billing must match the email address used to log in to their member portal.
There is a setting under Settings > Catalog > "Club-only" enforced, that controls whether this restriction applies in the point-of-sale environment, or only on the web store.
Allocated
This will open a new tab in the product modal. Click here to learn more about allocated items.
To turn allocated on, go to Settings > Catalog > Allocation system active and turn on the toggle. The next setting "Allocations Enforced" allows you to determine if the allocation restriction only pertains to the webstore or all stores.
Learn more.
Call for availability
Tells customers to call you for information. This can be helpful if you have a very small amount of the product left over and do not want to oversell.
Unavailable
Not available at all.
Stores
Toggles for each store will appear. Toggle off stores where the product is not available.
To set up a store
- Go to the settings icon in the top right corner of the screen and under Configuration, choose "Settings".
- With the "Stores & Website" section, click on "Stores".
- Add a store by clicking the green "+" next to "Name".
- Name the store in "Store Label".
Prompt for extra user input
This section can generally be left blank. If something is in this field, customers will be asked to respond to that question when ordering the item. This field disappears if you choose Allocated as the Availability.
