Find orders

Discover any order that has been created in your CompleteDTC using any of the following 15 options

Order number: prefix not required, this will not search for deleted orders
Name: part or all of a first, last, or full name
Email: part or all of an email address
Item: part of all of the item's SKU or description
Tracking #: tracking number provided by the carrier
Dates: order date
Order amount: exact amount, including cents (do not use commas ex: $1234.56)
Payment amount: exact amount, including cents (do not use commas ex: $1234.56)
On hold: shows all orders on hold
Has alert: shows all Pack n Ship fulfillment orders with shipping alerts
Promotion code: active or expired code
Transaction ID: exact transaction ID entry from the credit card gateway
Non-compliance: shows all orders with compliance issues
Deleted order ID: if you don't have the order number, run the deleted order report by date range of deletion
