View inventory

  1. Go to "More".
  2. Select "Inventory Manager".
  3. You will now see all of your products' inventory. If you have multiple locations, you will see the inventory of each item broken down by location.


Add or subtract inventory

  1. From the inventory manager, click on the product you would like to update the inventory of.
  2. Select the "add/subtract" action.
  3. Choose the applicable inventory location.
  4. If you would like to add inventory, enter a positive number. If you would like to subtract inventory, enter a negative (-) number.
  5. Enter the date you would like the inventory to update. If you would like it to update immediately, enter today's date.
  6. Add a note.
  7. Click "Save".


Re-set level

  1. From the inventory manager, click on the product you would like to update the inventory of.
  2. Select the "re-set level" action.
  3. Choose the applicable inventory location.
  4. Set the inventory to the specific number you would like the inventory to be set at.
  5. Enter the date you would like the inventory to update. If you would like it to update immediately, enter today's date.
  6. Add a note.
  7. Click "Save".


Transfer inventory

  1. From the inventory manager, click on the product you would like to update the inventory of.
  2. Select the "transfer" action.
  3. Choose the inventory location you would like to transfer from.
  4. Choose the inventory location you would like to transfer the inventory to.
  5. Set the number of units you need to transfer.
  6. Enter the date you would like the inventory to update. If you would like it to update immediately, enter today's date.
  7. Add a note.
  8. Click "Save".
