Start using the CompleteDTC mobile app

Download on the App Store

 

With the CompleteDTC mobile app, you can create in-person and shipment orders from your iPad. Download the app and sign in to get started.

Requirements for using the CompleteDTC mobile app

  1. An iPad device running iPadOS 15.0 or later.
  2. An internet connection at all times when using the app.
  3. An active user account for a CompleteDTC client using Stripe™ as the credit card processor.

Download the CompleteDTC mobile app

  1. From your iPad device, click the Download button on this page, click this link, or go to the Apple App Store and search for "CompleteDTC".
  2. Tap the Get button to download the app.
    NOTE: If you see the Open button instead of the Get button, you have already downloaded the app.
  3. Double-click the top button on your iPad to confirm the download. If you use Face ID or Touch ID to unlock your device, you'll glance at your device or touch the Home button to authenticate the download. You might need to enter your Apple ID password to complete the download.
  4. Upon successful download, the app will appear on your device's Home screen.


Register your device and sign in

  1. Open the CompleteDTC mobile app on your device.
  2. If the device is not yet registered, a registration prompt will appear.
  3. Enter the Client Domain (example: cp.yourwineryname.com).
  4. Enter code for iPOS Registration. 
    1. Account admins can provide this code which is configured as a part of the client's CompleteDTC mobile app settings. For help configuring these settings, click here.
  5. Tap Register.
  6. If device is successfully registered, a sign in prompt will appear. Store value on sign in is defaulted based on client's CompleteDTC mobile app settings.
    1. Account admins can change the default Store as a part of configuring the client's CompleteDTC mobile app settings. For help configuring these settings, click here.
  7. Enter your user credentials (Email Address and Password).
  8. (Optional) Select a different Store from the dropdown if you do not wish to use the default Store.
    NOTE: Store selection can also be changed after sign in.
  9. Tap Sign In.
  10. Upon successful sign in, user is brought to the Catalog screen which displays product information for the selected Store.
