Configure CompleteDTC mobile app settings

Admins can configure the following CompleteDTC mobile app settings on the web app at: Settings > Stores & Website – MobilePOS App. 

NOTE: These settings are per producer and will impact all of your mobile app users.

  • Code for iPOS Registration: Set the registration code that will be used by users when registering the app on their device.
    • NOTE: If the Code for iPOS Registration is changed, this will revoke registration of all of client's currently registered devices and require that those devices be re-registered.
  • Require signature: Choose whether customer signature is required for credit card orders. 
  • Accept gratuities: Choose whether to allow gratuities (i.e. tips). If accepting gratuities, a catalog item must be designated for the gratuity line item and gratuity options must be provided.
  • Catalog item for gratuities: If accepting gratuities, provide the cat_id of the gratuity catalog item.
  • Gratuity options: If accepting gratuities, provide tip options that should be presented to the customer to choose from.
  • Receipt Logo: Provide a logo that will print at the top of your receipts.
  • Receipt Conclusion: Provide conclusion text that will print at the bottom of your receipts.
